Plain terms for a small tool. Using Roundtable means you accept what follows.

What this site is

Roundtable is an entertainment and analysis tool for fantasy football. It helps you think about trades between teams in your fantasy league. That is the whole of it.

What this site is not

Roundtable is not a betting, wagering, gambling or daily-fantasy-for-money service. It contains no betting odds, no point spreads, no lines, no sportsbook links and no affiliate arrangements with any gambling operator. It does not accept stakes and has no connection to any activity where money is placed on sporting outcomes.

The analysis disclaimer

Everything this tool produces is an estimate based on public market data and your league's settings. It is opinion and analysis, offered for interest and discussion.

Nothing on this site predicts how any player, team or match will perform.
Acceptance likelihood is a model's estimate of how a typical manager might respond to an offer. It is not a forecast of what any particular person will do.
No outcome is promised, assured or warranted. Fantasy football involves a very large element of chance, and a well-reasoned decision can turn out badly.
Nothing here is financial, investment or professional advice of any kind.

You are responsible for your own decisions in your own league. Use your judgement, and treat the numbers as one voice in the argument rather than the final word.

Accuracy and availability

Player values and league information come from third-party sources. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and those services may change or stop without notice. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may be unavailable at times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, or from your inability to use it.

Purchases

Paid plans are one-off payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Basic, Full and Season passes run for 12 months from the date of purchase. On Basic and Full, any analyses you have not used by that date lapse, and access reverts to the free tier.
The Lifetime pass does not expire, and remains valid for as long as the site operates.
Your plan is stored in the browser you bought it in. The licence key on your receipt is what moves it to another device — keep it.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Your licence

A purchase gives you a personal licence to use Roundtable. The licence key on your receipt is how that plan moves between your own browsers and devices.

One licence covers up to three devices at a time. Activating a fourth asks you to release one of the others first, which you can do yourself from the Sign in panel.
Analyses are counted against the licence, not the browser. If a key is used in several places, they all draw on the same allowance.
Please do not publish or share your key. Where a key is used in a way no single person plausibly could — many devices, many locations, continuously — we may suspend or withdraw it.
If a licence is suspended and you believe that is a mistake, email us and it will be looked at by a person and put right if we got it wrong.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

As this is a one-time purchase providing access to the tool, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or where you decide the tool does not meet your individual needs or expectations. This does not exclude any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If something is genuinely broken — the tool will not load, a purchase did not unlock, a feature does not do what this site says it does — email [email protected] and it will be sorted out.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to circumvent the paid tiers, scrape the site automatically, resell access, or use the tool in a way that places unreasonable load on the third-party services it depends on. Access may be withdrawn where this happens.

Trademarks and affiliation

Roundtable is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, the NFL Players Association, any NFL club, any fantasy football platform, or FantasyCalc. Team abbreviations and player names are used descriptively to identify real people and clubs; all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last were, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
