This is a short policy because Roundtable collects very little. There are no accounts, no profiles, and no database of users.

The short version
Roundtable runs in your web browser. Your league information is fetched by your own browser, used on your own device, and stored on your own device. It is not sent to us, because there is no server of ours for it to be sent to.
What is stored, and where
The tool saves a few things in your browser's local storage so it works properly between visits:
The leagues you have imported, including team names and rosters
Your league settings and any model preferences you have changed
Trades you are part-way through building
Which players you have marked as off-limits
A cached copy of player market values, so the page loads quickly
If you have bought a plan: which plan, when it expires, how many analyses remain, and the email address on your receipt
All of this lives on the device you are using. Clearing your browser data removes it. We cannot see it, retrieve it, or restore it for you.
What is not collected
No account is created and no password is stored
No fantasy platform password is ever requested — Roundtable only reads league information your league has made public
No profile is built about you, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing
Third parties involved
FantasyCalc
Your browser requests current player values. This is a normal web request and, like any web request, involves your IP address being visible to that service. No information about you or your league is sent.
Your fantasy platform
When you import a league, your browser requests that league's public information directly from the platform that hosts it. As with any web request, that platform can see your IP address. Nothing about you is sent to us, because there is no server of ours in between.
Google Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google's font service.
Analytics
Page views are counted using a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites or sessions. It records aggregate numbers such as how many people visited a page — not who they are.
Advertising
This site carries advertising to keep the tool free. Ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies to select and measure ads, and where they do, those providers' own privacy policies apply to that activity. Where required by law you will be shown a consent choice before any such cookies are set.
Payments
If you buy a plan, the payment is handled entirely by a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered on their systems and are never seen by, or transmitted through, this site. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the email address you gave them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Because nothing is stored on our side, you are in complete control: clearing your browser's site data for this domain erases everything Roundtable has kept. The tool also has a "reset everything" button in its settings that does the same thing. If you have questions about data held by any of the third parties listed above, their own policies and contact routes apply.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
