This is a short policy because Roundtable collects very little. There are no accounts and no profiles. The only records kept on our side are licence records for people who buy a plan.

The short version
Roundtable runs in your web browser. Your league information is fetched by your own browser, used on your own device, and stored on your own device. It is never sent to us. The one exception is a paid licence: if you buy a plan, a small licence server checks your licence key so your purchase can move between your devices — see Payments and licences below.
What is stored, and where
The tool saves a few things in your browser's local storage so it works properly between visits:
The leagues you have imported, including team names, rosters, win–loss records, points scored and the draft picks each team owns (for Dynasty+)
Your league settings and any model preferences you have changed
Trades you are part-way through building, and a short list of the last few trades you built
Which players you have marked as off-limits
Any players you have added by hand, and the value you gave them
A cached copy of player market values, the injury list and players' season points totals (for Dynasty+), so the page loads quickly
If you have bought a plan: which plan, when it expires, how many analyses remain, and the email address you paid with
If you are using a free launch pass: the code you entered and the date it runs out
All of this lives on the device you are using. Clearing your browser data removes it. We cannot see it, retrieve it, or restore it for you.
What is not collected
No account is created and no password is stored
No fantasy platform password is ever requested — Roundtable reads league information your league has made public, or, for a private ESPN league, only what you send it yourself from ESPN's page (see below)
No profile is built about you, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing
Third parties involved
FantasyCalc
Your browser requests current player values. This is a normal web request and, like any web request, involves your IP address being visible to that service. No information about you or your league is sent.
Your fantasy platform
When you import a league, your browser requests that league's public information directly from the platform that hosts it. As with any web request, that platform can see your IP address. Nothing about you is sent to us, because there is no server of ours in between. Dynasty+ also downloads Sleeper's public season stats (points and games played per player) in the same way — nothing about you or your league is sent.
Private ESPN leagues
If you use the Send to Roundtable bookmark, it runs on ESPN's own page in your browser and reads your league with the login you already have there. It then opens Roundtable with the league's teams, rosters, records, schedule and scoring rules packed into the part of the address after the #, which browsers never send to any server. Roundtable reads it in your browser, removes it from the address straight away and keeps the league in your browser only, like any other import. The copy-and-paste option works the same way. Your ESPN password and login cookies are never read, copied or sent to us.
Injury list (GitHub)
Your browser downloads a small public list of NFL injury designations — Questionable, Doubtful, Out, IR and so on — built every hour from Sleeper's public player data and hosted on GitHub. It is a normal web request; nothing about you or your league is sent.
Fonts
Roundtable's typefaces are served from this site itself. No request goes to Google or any other font service, so loading the page doesn't tell a third party you visited.
Analytics
Page views are counted using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individuals across websites or sessions. It records aggregate numbers such as how many people visited a page — not who they are.
Advertising
There is no advertising on this site. No ad network is loaded, no ad cookies are set, and nothing about your visit is shared with an advertiser. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it happens, and anyone in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland will be asked to consent first and will be able to refuse without leaving the page.
Payments and licences
If you buy a plan, the payment is handled entirely by Stripe, acting as seller of record. Your card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never seen by, or transmitted through, this site. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the email address you gave them. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
Once you have bought a plan, your browser checks your licence key with Roundtable's licence server (run on Cloudflare) when you activate it and roughly once a day after that. Each check carries the licence key and a random ID for that browser, used only to apply the three-device limit. The server keeps the licence key, the plan, the email address on your Stripe receipt, the devices the key is active on, and a daily count of analyses used. It holds nothing about your league or your trades. Email [email protected] to have your licence record deleted.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Apart from licence records for paid plans, nothing is stored on our side, so you are in control: clearing your browser's site data for this domain erases everything Roundtable has kept. The tool also has a "reset everything" button in its settings that does the same thing. If you have questions about data held by any of the third parties listed above, their own policies and contact routes apply.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
